Stop putting faith in people. Particularly stop putting faith in the opposite sex. Fuck the human race and look after yourself. Exercise, put effort into your own monitory gain and take advantage of everything that ever presents itself to be taken advantage of. It works for everyone else.

Not dead, just busy.

My exercise resolutions were abit too full on, in short, those combined with low cal diet and work stress made me quite sick.

I've come to the conclusion that I'm pretty fuckin depressed on a day to day basis these days.

I've been working practically 7am-7pm days for a solid month, then working until 11pm once I get home. Deadlines at work are killing me. I've not been able to go to 1 martial arts class in the whole month, so £80 down the drain , fitness falling, lack of ( Read more... )
